  • Do I need a server to host my site?

    Nope, you won't need to worry about hosting. All holkee sites include our fully-managed, high performance cloud hosting.

  • Can I connect my domain with my holkee site?

    Yes! You can have a set of custom URL in premium plan. holkee provides detailed instructions to help you connect your site with a domain you already own. Don't have a domain? You can buy one from Godaddy (recommended) or Namecheap.

  • How do I cancel the Premium plan or Package plan?

    If you're on a paid additional item, you can go to holkee backend to apply by yourself, or contact us to cancel the plan (it will take at least 5 business days), and the charge will stop by the end of this billing cycle (the monthly payment plan will take effect in the next month, the annual payment plan will take effect in the next year, and so on). Note that if you are using any paid additional item, you'll have to remove those features or the associated sites before being able to downgrade.

  • Can the additional items included in the package plan be switched or partially refunded?

    No! The additional items included in the package plan cannot be switched with another item once purchased. If you do not use the feature, it will be regarded as giving up, and no partial refund.

  • How do I cancel the paid additional items?

    If you're on a paid additional item, you can go to holkee backend to apply by yourself, or contact us to cancel the additional item (it will take at least 5 business days), and the charge will stop by the end of this billing cycle (next month on a monthly agreement and next year on a yearly one).

  • Can I change my plan?

    Sure! For existing plans, you must first go to the holkee backend and apply to cancel the automatic renewal by yourself, or you can contact us for processing (it takes at least 5 working days); buy a new plan after the existing plan expires. If you buy a new plan before the expiration date, the overlapping days will not be refunded.

  • Can I pay amount by installments with credit card?

    Yes, the items of one-time charge payment can. Banks that support installment payments include E.SUN Bank, Taishin Bank, and Cathay United Bank. The number of installments is 3, 6, or 12 payments are 0% interest. If the amount is indivisible, the remainder will be collected in the first payment. The actual amount will be slighly adjusted by the regulations of banks.
